Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Work on BFSI / Stock Broking recruitment and understand end-to-end hiring.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment and placement targets.
Eligibility
• Graduation completed / MBA HR completed.
• Candidates currently pursuing graduation/MBA are not eligible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own laptop and stable internet required.
• Willingness to work in recruitment environment.
Internship Structure
💰 Stipend: Performance-based
🎯 Placement Incentive: ₹3,500 per successful placement
📈 Performance incentives: Up to ₹50,000 based on results
