Location: Pune
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment and be comfortable working on technical requirements in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to candidate submission.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and other platforms.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location and work authorization.
- Work on W2, C2C and 1099 requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, submissions and follow-ups.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with internal teams and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
🔹 Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Good understanding of US IT hiring and work authorization.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates comfortable working in the US shift will be preferred.
