Job Title: HR Faculty
Job Summary
Beat Educations is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Faculty to deliver high-quality, industry-oriented HR training through practical and interactive teaching methods. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging HR classes for students using practical and interactive teaching methodologies.
- Deliver training across core HR domains, including HR Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Payroll, Labour Laws, and Employee Relations.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and learning materials.
- Conduct practical sessions, activities, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Provide career guidance and industry-relevant insights to students.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular, constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current HR practices, tools, and industry trends.
- Support and participate in webinars, workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective and consistent course delivery.
