Imagine Fibres is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our manufacturing operations in Keshwana, Kotputli-Behror, Rajasthan.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with approximately 10 years of overall HR & Admin experience, including substantial and demonstrable Plant HR experience in a manufacturing or factory-based environment.
The role will oversee key areas including:
ā¢ HR planning and operations
ā¢ Talent acquisition and workforce planning
ā¢ Employee engagement and welfare
ā¢ Performance management and learning & development
ā¢ Industrial relations and labour law compliance
ā¢ Factory administration, security and safety
ā¢ Government and regulatory liaison
ā¢ HR policies, SOPs and organizational development
š Location: Keshwana, Kotputli-Behror, Rajasthan
š¼ Experience: Approximately 10 years
š¢ Employment Type: Full-Time
