About Shyle
Shyle is a Jaipur-based 925 sterling silver jewellery brand, handcrafted by skilled Jaipur artisans and featured on Shark Tank India.
We are looking for a highly proactive, organised and versatile professional to work closely with the founders and take ownership across HR, administration, founder support, coordination and business operations.
This is not a conventional HR or recruitment role.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, adapts quickly to changing priorities and takes ownership beyond a traditional job description.
What You'll Do
HR & People Management
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
- Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee communication.
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Help develop and implement structured HR processes as the organisation grows.
- Coordinate with different teams to address employee-related requirements.
Executive Assistance to Founders
- Work closely with the founders on day-to-day priorities, meetings and follow-ups.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the founders.
- Track important action items and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents and MIS whenever required.
- Assist with travel, meetings, events and other founder-related requirements.
- Accompany and support founders at business meetings, events, conferences and other professional engagements, whenever required.
- Handle confidential business and employee information with complete discretion.
Administration & Business Coordination
- Take ownership of day-to-day office administration.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies and service providers.
- Manage office-related requirements and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate across departments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain documentation and administrative records.
- Support the founders with special projects and business initiatives.
- Coordinate with clients, partners and other external stakeholders whenever required.
- Ensure that important tasks and commitments are followed through to completion.
Communication & Brand Representation
This is an important aspect of the role.
The person will frequently be representing Shyle and interacting with people on behalf of the founders, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
You should be:
- Extremely strong in verbal and written communication.
- Confident and articulate while interacting with clients, vendors, partners and employees.
- Professional, polished and comfortable in formal business settings.
- Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Able to represent the founders and the brand appropriately during meetings, events and professional engagements.
- Warm, approachable and confident when dealing with clients and visitors at the office.
- Capable of communicating professionally over email, WhatsApp, phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Able to understand the context and tone required for different stakeholders.
You will often be the first point of contact for people interacting with the founders or the Shyle office, so how you communicate and represent the brand matters.
MIS, Excel & Reporting
- Maintain and prepare HR, administrative and business MIS.
- Work extensively on Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reports, trackers and analysis.
- Create and maintain dashboards, trackers and management reports.
- Organise data and convert it into clear, actionable information.
- Maintain structured trackers for important activities and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations and reports for the founders whenever required.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly versatile and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Extremely proactive and takes ownership without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment.
- Quick to adapt when priorities change.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented, rather than someone who only delegates.
- Excellent at follow-ups and ensuring tasks actually get completed.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptionally strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confident while representing the company externally.
- Very comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and working with data.
- Good at preparing presentations, reports and MIS.
- Comfortable learning new tools, systems and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Discreet and trustworthy when dealing with confidential information.
- Willing to step outside their defined responsibilities when the business requires it.
- A quick learner who can independently figure things out rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
The Right Mindset
This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys the variety, speed and ambiguity of a startup.
You should be comfortable moving between:
Hiring → Excel/MIS → Founder coordination → Client interaction → Vendor follow-up → Employee issue → Event support → Administration → Special project
without feeling that something is “outside my role.”
We are not looking for someone who wants to work exclusively in recruitment or traditional HR.
We are looking for a problem-solver, communicator and business generalist who can understand what needs to be done, figure out how to do it and drive it to completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
- Atleast 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in HR, Executive Assistance, Founder’s Office, Administration, Operations or a combination of these.
- Prior experience in a startup, D2C, e-commerce or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
Why Join Shyle?
- Work directly with the founders of a fast-growing D2C brand.
- Exposure to multiple aspects of a growing business.

- Opportunity to work across HR, operations, administration, founder's office and business projects.
