About ManavtaClassManavtaClass is an emerging EdTech platform focused on delivering accessible and engaging learning experiences through its Android mobile application, available on Google Play.
The platform is being developed as an integrated academic ecosystem connecting students, teachers, and technology, with a focus on quality education, effective academic operations, and continuous platform development.
We are looking for an HR & Academic Operations Growth Associate to support teacher recruitment, academic operations, student experience, process development, and platform growth.
The role combines people management, academic operations, coordination, and growth initiatives and is suitable for professionals who can work independently and contribute to the development of a growing EdTech platform.
Key Responsibilities1. Teacher Recruitment & HR Operations- Source, screen, and recruit qualified teachers.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Support teacher onboarding and documentation.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified educators.
- Maintain professional relationships with teachers.
- Monitor teacher engagement and performance.
- Support the development of structured teacher management processes.
2. Academic & Live Class Operations- Coordinate live classes conducted through the ManavtaClass platform.
- Ensure classes are conducted according to the planned schedule.
- Coordinate with teachers regarding class requirements and operational matters.
- Monitor attendance, class quality, and overall academic delivery.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Assist in developing processes for efficient academic operations.
3. Student Support & Experience- Coordinate responses to student queries and concerns.
- Work with teachers and relevant stakeholders to resolve academic or operational issues.
- Collect and organize student and teacher feedback.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend appropriate improvements.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving student engagement and overall learning experience.
4. Platform Growth & Development- Identify opportunities to increase student and teacher participation on the platform.
- Contribute ideas for new academic programs, classes, and initiatives.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving the platform's value proposition.
- Identify opportunities for academic collaborations and partnerships.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the visibility, positioning, and credibility of ManavtaClass.
- Support activities focused on student acquisition, engagement, and retention.
5. Process Improvement & Performance Management- Monitor academic and operational performance.
- Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies.
- Recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows.
- Assist in establishing scalable processes as the platform grows.
- Review feedback and performance information to identify areas for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement across teacher, student, and academic operations.
6. Growth & Business Support- Support management in evaluating opportunities for platform growth.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve the commercial and academic value of the platform.
- Identify potential opportunities involving educators, institutions, partnerships, and academic programs.
- Assist in implementing initiatives designed to improve platform reach and engagement.
- Provide operational and market feedback to support management decisions.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR, recruitment, academic operations, education, customer management, business operations, or a related field.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Ability to work with teachers, students, and other stakeholders professionally.
- Interest in EdTech, education, and digital platforms is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in HR, recruitment, academic operations, EdTech, or startup environments will be preferred.
Engagement & CompensationThis position is structured as an Independent Consultant / Revenue-Sharing Associate engagement.
- No fixed monthly salary.
- Compensation will be based on an agreed revenue-sharing percentage.
- The revenue-sharing structure will be mutually agreed upon before engagement.
- Applicable revenue and payment terms will be defined in the engagement agreement.
- This position does not include equity, shares, ownership, or partnership rights in ManavtaClass unless separately agreed through a formal written agreement.
- The engagement will be governed by a written agreement covering responsibilities, revenue sharing, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property, termination, and other applicable terms.
