Job Purpose
To provide efficient HR operational support by driving talent acquisition, facilitating seamless onboarding, maintaining accurate employee and ISO documentation, coordinating learning and development activities, and promoting employee engagement initiatives that align with the company's business objectives and compliance requirements.

Desirable Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Knowledge of HR documentation and ISO processes
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or MBA with specialization in Human Resources (HR).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Female candidates will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English is preferred.
