Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Staff role based in Noida. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, replenishing supplies, managing waste disposal, and ensuring that common areas, workspaces, and corridors remain tidy and presentable. The Housekeeping Staff member will follow established cleaning procedures, use equipment safely, report maintenance or repair needs, and adhere to health and safety standards. The role may also involve assisting with basic setup for meetings or events and coordinating with supervisors to prioritize daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
- Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation standards, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow checklists, schedules, and standard operating procedures.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and carry out repetitive tasks safely.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality in completing assigned work.
- Basic communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members, and report issues clearly.
- Prior housekeeping or facility maintenance experience in offices, commercial spaces, or hospitality settings is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required and to maintain professional conduct in a diverse, inclusive workplace.
