Job Summary:
The HMI/SCADA Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing HMI graphics, SCADA displays, and automation interfaces based on customer requirements, P&ID drawings, and control philosophies. The role includes graphic development, dynamic linking, testing, customer demonstrations, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design HMI/SCADA graphics based on P&ID drawings and customer requirements.
• Develop static and dynamic graphics as per control philosophy.
• Perform dynamic tag linking and shape development.
• Implement dynamic modifications in graphics and displays.
• Execute SCADA/HMI programming and development activities.
• Support control system engineering and instrumentation design activities.
• Conduct testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and commissioning.
• Demonstrate developed applications to clients and end users.
• Create and maintain HMI-related project documentation.
• Work on HMI Web Display Builder and GUS Display Builder.
• Develop automation graphics and displays using industry-standard HMI tools.
• Coordinate with project teams during project execution.
Skills & Requirements:
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA software and graphic development.
• Basic understanding of Static Graphics, Dynamic Shapes, Tag Linking, and Shape Development.
• Knowledge of VB Script and Java Script.
• Experience in SCADA Graphic Engineering.
• Knowledge of Configuration Studio.
• Experience with HMI Web Display Builder and GUS Display Builder.
• Understanding of automation control systems and instrumentation.
Preferred Skills:
• Working knowledge of Honeywell systems and software.
• Experience with Honeywell HMI Web Display Builder.
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems and process control.
Technical Skills:
• HMI Web Display Builder
• Wonderware InTouch
• Siemens WinCC
• Honeywell Software
• Delta Systems
• Siemens Systems
• Mitsubishi Systems
Eligibility:
• experienced candidates (1–3 years Honeywell) can apply.
• Diploma / BE qualification is mandatory.
• Candidates with automation project experience will be preferred.
