We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with strong expertise in CAD/CAE domain to lead high-performing engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver complex product engineering solutions across Automotive industry.
Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams across CAD/CAE domain.
- Drive end-to-end product engineering programs, ensuring quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical leadership in solution design, architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project roadmaps and execution strategies.
- Manage project risks, resource planning, delivery governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business growth through technical proposals, capability building, and customer engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10+ of experience in Product Engineering, CAD/CAE.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design, simulation, CAE, and system engineering.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex technical programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
