As part of Mannai Corporation’s continued regional expansion, we are hiring experienced professionals to join our MEP and ELV project teams for hyperscale data center projects in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Candidates with strong experience in hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or complex MEP infrastructure projects are invited to apply.

The selected professionals will support the planning, execution, commissioning, and successful delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Lead the design, engineering, coordination, testing, and commissioning of mission-critical facilities.
- Review and coordinate CSA, Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, ICT, and MEP systems.
- Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and Level 1–5 commissioning activities.
- Manage FAT, SAT, Functional Performance Testing (FPT), and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and Independent Commissioning Authorities (CxA).
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
- Support successful project delivery, system validation, documentation, and client handover.
Preferred Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

- Tier III / Tier IV Data Centers
- Large-Scale MEP Construction Projects
Candidates with experience on 20MW+ IT load hyperscale facilities will be highly regarded.

- Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP)
Preferred Knowledge
Experience with one or more of the following standards is highly desirable:
- Uptime Institute Tier III / Tier IV
- TIA-942
- ANSI/BICSI 002
- NFPA
- IEC
- ASHRAE
- GCC Authority Requirements (QCS, Kahramaa, QCDD, SBC, SEC, Civil Defense)
