NextUp Services is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – HR for a leading manufacturing organization in Satara.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the complete HR function for the manufacturing unit
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment & workforce management
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling & engagement
• Ensure labour law and statutory compliance
• Handle performance management, compensation & HR policies
• Drive training, development & employee retention initiatives
• Partner with plant leadership and senior management
• Lead HR MIS, audits, budgets and reporting
• Manage and mentor the HR team
