• D2C / Consumer Brand experience
• Revenue & marketplace growth
• Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
• Business strategy, analytics & commercial ownership
B. Performance Marketing Manager
💰 ₹10–15 LPA | 3–6+ Years
• Hands-on Meta & Google Ads
• D2C / Beauty Brand experience
• Shopify
• Ad spend, ROAS, CAC & revenue ownership
• Funnel & creative performance
C. E-commerce Executive
💰 ₹30K–₹55K/month | 1–3 Years
• Marketplace / E-commerce experience
• Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
• Listings, catalog, inventory, pricing & promotions
• Excel & marketplace reporting
WHO WE WANT
Brand-side D2C / Beauty / Lifestyle / FMCG experience is strongly preferred.
We’re looking for candidates who have personally owned the work and numbers — revenue, GMV, ad spend, ROAS, marketplace growth or business performance.
If you have only agency-side, support-level or purely coordination experience, these roles may not be the right fit.
