We’re Hiring | Flawsome
Flawsome is a menstrual hygiene brand building the next generation of period care. We’re launching India’s first flushable sanitary pad - a patented innovation - with a growing presence across e-commerce and quick commerce.
We’ve raised one of the largest seed rounds in the category and are now building the team for our next phase.
This is a zero-to-one journey. It’s fast, messy, high-ownership and exciting. If you’re looking for a predictable 9-to-5, this probably isn’t for you.
1. B2B Sales | Fresher - Mid Level
Build and close B2B partnerships across hospitality, corporates, institutions and other channels. Own the number, not just the conversations.
Good at speaking. Confident. Great at learning new things. Hustler to achieve unimaginable numbers.
2. Telle-calling + Customer Experience Manager | Fresher - Mid Level
Good at speaking in hindi and English. Confident. Open to learning new things.
3. Graphic Designer | Fresher - Mid Level
Strong visual sense. Fresh ideas. Great execution. Someone who can make Flawsome look unmistakably Flawsome.
4. Accounts Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function. | Mid Level
Manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations & monthly closing
GST, TDS, TCS and statutory compliance and much more
