Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts & Finance Executive role based in Bahadurgarh, focused on invoice management and GST handling within the pharma sector. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining sales and purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into accounting systems. The executive will manage GST-related activities, including GST calculations, returns preparation, reconciliation, and compliance with relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include assisting with financial reporting, supporting the preparation of basic financial statements, maintaining records for audits, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors on finance-related queries. The role may also include support in budgeting, expense tracking, and process improvement initiatives, with CTC in the range of ₹2.4–3.25 LPA.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills, including basic understanding of accounting principles and support in preparing financial statements.
- Candidates should possess experience in Goods and Services Tax (GST), including GST invoicing, compliance, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and attention to detail for reviewing invoices, detecting discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and finance; prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to manage data and generate reports.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Relevant academic background such as B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in financial operations.
