About the Role We are seeking a Technical Lead to design, develop, and scale modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on high-performance, low-latency systems and collaborating across teams to build clean, efficient, and reliable solutions. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with a solid foundation in modern web and backend technologies.
- Hands-on experience with or willingness to learn Next.js (TypeScript) and Golang.
- Understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices design principles.
- Experience working with distributed systems and databases like PostgreSQL or Cassandra.
- Proven ability to debug, optimize, and scale large, production-grade applications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accountability.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Architect, design applications that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Build modular frontend components and high-performance backend services integrating real-time data.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of clean code and learning.
- Manage and maintain infrastructure, monitoring, and security, ensuring system stability and uptime.
- Support testing, deployment, and production operations, resolving performance bottlenecks and user issues.
