The Role: High-Ticket Closer
We are looking for a High-Ticket Closer who deeply understands the coaching industry — the mindset of a coach who is stuck, the language they use, the fears they carry, and what it takes to move them to a decision.
This is a fully remote role. You will be closing warm, pre-qualified leads for a structured mentorship and launch program designed for coaches. Leads are generated for you. Your job is to show up, run the call, and close. 📞
This is a commission-only role. Your income is entirely in your hands.
At target performance: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month in commissions. 💰
What You Will Be Doing
📋 Taking pre-qualified discovery calls with coaches who have expressed interest in scaling their business. Running structured, high-conviction sales conversations that move prospects from curious to committed. Accurately qualifying prospects, identifying their pain, and connecting the offer to their specific situation. Following up on warm leads in the pipeline. Maintaining detailed call notes and CRM updates after every call. Flagging patterns in objections and prospect quality back to the setter and marketing team.
What You Will Be Selling 🔍
You will be closing coaches into a high-ticket mentorship and done-with-you launch program priced at ₹75,000.
The program takes coaches who are stuck — no consistent leads, no converting funnel, no clarity on their offer — and gets them to a live, revenue-generating funnel in 30 days. It covers offer and niche clarity, full funnel buildout, ad launch, and 12 months of ongoing support.
The prospect coming onto your call is typically a coach who has already tried courses, agencies, or group programs and has been burned. They are not new to the idea of investing — they are just waiting for the right reason to trust again.
Your job is to be that reason. ✅
The ticket size is fixed. The leads are warm. The offer is strong. What determines your income is purely your ability to close.
What We Are Looking For ✅
You have at least 1–2 years of experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in the coaching, ed-tech, or personal development space. You understand how a coach thinks — the identity, the self-doubt, the ambitions, the fear of wasting money again. You are comfortable on video calls and your communication in English and Hindi is confident and natural. You can follow a framework without sounding like you're reading a script. You understand the difference between pushing and guiding — and you know when to go silent. You are obsessed with your close rate and you track it.
🌟 Bonus if you are already enrolled in a remote closing course or program and are actively investing in sharpening your craft. We want people who are working on themselves before we even ask them to.
You do not need hand-holding. You are a self-starter who takes full ownership of your numbers without being chased.
What We Are Not Looking For ❌
If you are coming from e-commerce or D2C sales with no exposure to the coaching or info-product world, this is not the right fit. If you need a fixed salary to feel secure, this role is not for you. If you treat objections as dead ends rather than signals, please do not apply.
What Happens When You Perform 🚀
This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary. At average performance, closers earn ₹1,00,000 per month. Strong performers earn ₹2,00,000 and above. There is no ceiling.
