Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Help Desk Support Specialist based in Kolkata, India. The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support Hardware, Networking infrastructure and cloud based and assisting customers with their technical inquiries. Daily responsibilities include responding to support tickets, maintaining desktop computers, collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues, and delivering exceptional customer support in a professional manner. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to ensure rapid response and resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Experience with Computers and Help Desk Support processes
- Strong Knowledge in English .
- Exceptional skills in Customer Support and communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Relevant experience in Computers in word excell
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred)
