We're Hiring | Helpdesk Operator – Facility Management ( CAFM )
📍 Location: Magarpatta, Pune ( Work from office )

Are you an organized, customer-focused professional with experience in CAFM systems and Facilities Management? Join MGS Technology and play a key role in delivering world-class FM services by coordinating clients, technicians, and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service requests through the CAFM/Helpdesk system.
Monitor KPIs & SLAs and ensure timely service delivery.
Coordinate with clients and field teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Generate operational reports and analyze service trends.
Verify job completion, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Support new contract onboarding and continuous service improvement.
What We're Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, IT, or related field.
2–4 years of Helpdesk/CAFM experience in the FM industry.
Hands-on experience with CAFM platforms (Facilio, IBM Maximo, FSI, or similar).
Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
