Role Description The Healthcare Operation and Admin role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves overseeing day-to-day clinic and administrative operations, coordinating patient appointments, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and healthcare standards. The individual will support medical and laboratory teams, assist with scheduling, maintain records, and help streamline workflows to improve efficiency and patient experience. Responsibilities include liaising with internal departments and external partners, supporting training activities, handling basic inquiries, and contributing to the implementation of standard operating procedures. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and adherence to Stemz Healthcare’s quality and service commitments.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess healthcare-related skills such as EMT and basic Medicine knowledge.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, medical staff, and partners.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding and continuous development of healthcare and admin staff.
- Candidates should possess general Healthcare operations understanding, including clinic workflows and patient service processes.
- Relevant experience of 3–4 years in healthcare administration, hospital or clinic operations, or similar roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and hospital information systems or electronic health records is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, life sciences, or related field preferred.
