URGENT HIRING: Headmistress (Pre-Primary) | Well-Established School, New Delhi
Brilliant Brains Consultant is hiring on behalf of a well-established School located in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi and Rohini New Delhi
Position: Headmistress - Pre-Primary (Playgroup to KG / Prep - Foundational Years)
Location: Paschim Vihar and Rohini, New Delhi
Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 per month depending upon profile and experience
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience as Headmistress / Principal / Academic Coordinator in Pre-Primary / Foundational Years sector is mandatory
- Prior experience of working in a Pre-School environment or Formal School in Foundational Years is compulsory
Qualification: Graduation with B.Ed / NTT / ECCE
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Pre-Primary wing (Playgroup to KG/Prep)
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation and academic quality for foundational years
- Mentor, train and supervise pre-primary teachers and support staff
- Ensure child safety, hygiene, and holistic development of children
- Handle parent communication, orientation, and counselling
- Coordinate with school management for admissions, events and day-to-day operations
