Exciting Leadership Opportunity – Head of Treasury & Banking (Mumbai)
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our group’s treasury and banking function. This pivotal role reports to the Group CFO and will oversee cash, debt, and FX exposure across India, Thailand, and upcoming US operations.
Key Focus Areas:
- Cash & liquidity management across multi‑entity, multi‑currency operations
- Working capital discipline across receivables, payables, and inventory
- Banking relationships & debt including US banking setup and refinancing
- FX hedging framework for INR, THB, and USD exposures
- Treasury governance at audit‑ready standards
Profile Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with 8–12 years’ experience
- Strong exposure to multi‑currency treasury and cross‑border funding
- Proven track record in debt management and banking negotiations
- Manufacturing/industrial sector background preferred
