Role: Treasury Manager
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 5+ years

Key responsibilities:
- Cash & liquidity management and cash-flow forecasting
- Banking relationship management and working capital facilities
- Syndicated loan administration and covenant compliance
- Trade finance – LC/BG/CG management
- FX exposure management and hedging
- FEMA, RBI and EDPMS/IDPMS compliance
- Treasury MIS, controls and management reporting
Preferred profile: Candidates with hands-on experience in corporate treasury, banking, export/import operations, trade finance, FX, debt management and lender/covenant compliance will be preferred. CA/CMA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage.
