🚀 WE'RE HIRING | SALES HEAD – ADMISSIONS
📍 Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
💼 Experience: 3–7 years
💰 Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month + attractive performance incentives
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Head to lead our student admissions and counselling team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate admission counsellors to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive student admissions across computer courses, programming, AI/ML, Data Analytics,
Spoken English and other professional training programs.
- Improve lead conversion, counselling quality and fee collections.
- Monitor daily sales performance, follow-ups, CRM and MIS reports.
- Develop sales strategies and build a high-performing admissions team.
- Implement performance-based incentives and accountability systems.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–7 years of relevant sales or admissions experience.
- Previous experience managing a sales or counselling team.
- Proven record of achieving admission or revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Experience in EdTech, coaching, higher education or professional training preferred.
