📢 WE’RE HIRING | Business Development Manager – MEP & EPC
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai
💼 Experience: 4–8 Years
Visioniks Solutions LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our MEP, Electrical EPC, Power Infrastructure and Renewable Energy businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify upcoming projects.
- Build relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, industrial clients and procurement teams.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into orders.
- Identify relevant tenders and coordinate with internal estimation and tendering teams.
- Drive client acquisition, commercial negotiations and business growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in MEP/EPC sales or business development.
- Strong industry network and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and secure projects independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.
