🚨 We're Hiring | Head - Quality 🚨
Are you a quality leader passionate about driving excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects?
We are looking for a Head - Quality to lead the Quality Management function, ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance, compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across projects.
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead Quality Management operations across projects
✔ Drive QA/QC initiatives and quality assurance systems
✔ Approve Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Procedures
✔ Analyze quality metrics, customer feedback, and MIS reports
✔ Lead CAPA initiatives for quality improvements and non-conformities
✔ Identify value engineering and process optimization opportunities
✔ Collaborate with project, procurement, and client teams for quality compliance
✔ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence
Desired Profile: ✅ B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
✅ 15+ years of experience in Quality Management within Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC Projects
✅ Strong exposure to QMS, QA/QC, ISO Standards, Audits, and Continuous Improvement Practices
✅ Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
