Procurement Head / Head of Strategic Sourcing
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement & Sourcing
- Define and execute procurement strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Lead sourcing initiatives across multiple procurement categories.
- Drive cost optimization and value creation through strategic supplier engagement.
- Develop long-term category strategies and procurement roadmaps.
Supplier & Contract Management
- Lead supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and vendor performance programs.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and contracts.
- Ensure supplier compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders across global regions to understand procurement requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor for sourcing and procurement decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Legal, Supply Chain, and Business Units.
Procurement Transformation
- Drive procurement process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Implement best practices in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier management.
- Leverage procurement technology platforms to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Establish KPI-driven procurement governance and reporting frameworks.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing procurement teams.
- Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage organizational capability development and succession planning.
