We are a Section 8 foundation based in Bangalore dedicated to creating sheltered livelihoods for neurodivergent individuals. We achieve this by sourcing, designing, and selling premium handcrafted corporate gifting products. Specific Skills & Competencies Required
Bilingual Communication: Fluency in both English (for corporate client CRM management and
digital platforms) and Kannada (for seamless communication with our local vendor network) is
essential.
Exceptional People Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, and clear communication are key.
You must be able to build warm, respectful, and reliable relationships with our network of local
vendors and our internal team.
Organized Coordination: You possess the administrative discipline to track moving parts,
aggregate samples, and manage a distributed supply chain without letting details slip.
Bonus:
Social Media Marketing: You have an eye for premium aesthetics and the ability to plan, write, and
schedule engaging Instagram content that highlights our craftsmanship and brand story.
What You Will Do
a. Vendor Management: Conduct weekly or bi-weekly check-ins (via phone/WhatsApp) with vendor
administrators to track the supply of raw materials (apparel blanks, wooden components, eco-
friendly textiles).
b. Digital Administration: Keep our backend organized by tracking daily operational expenses in Zoho
Expense and ensuring all client data is up-to-date in the CRM.
c. Sample Tracking: Assist in tracking the aggregation of materials and packaging needed to
assemble premium physical samples for upcoming corporate pitches.
Base Salary: ₹7,500 per month.
Seasonal Flexibility: The corporate gifting industry is highly seasonal. While the average time
commitment is up to 3 hours a day, expect a lighter workload in the first half of the year, with a
significant increase in pace and volume during the festival season (August through December).
Flexible Remote Work: 95% of your daily work can be completed from home using your phone and
laptop.
Weekly In-Person Meetup: Once a week, you will meet face-to-face with the founders in
Bangalore to review physical product samples, align on goals, and connect with the team. All travel
expenses for these meetups will be fully covered.
Internet & Phone Allowance: We provide a monthly stipend dedicated to covering your mobile data
and calling plan for vendor coordination.
