🚀 We're Hiring: Head of Operations
Per4mance Guru (AI-native performance marketing agency, Delhi) is looking for a Head of Operations to join our team. (Agency experience is a plus)
📌 What you'll do:
- Build & own SOPs across the agency
- Set up KPI dashboards & accountability systems
- Drive automation (n8n/GHL/similar)
- Get every new hire onboarded & independent in 7-10 days
📌 Who we're looking for:
- ~2 years exp in ops/project management/business systems (agency or startup background preferred)
- Process-first mindset — loves documenting, not just doing
- Comfortable with automation & dashboard tools
📍 Location: Delhi
