Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function.
- Oversee financial accounting, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Prepare, review, and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with statutory and accounting standards.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning.
Audit & Compliance
- Manage Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Secretarial Audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors, including Big 4 audit firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC).
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.
Financial Reporting & Accounting Standards
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS and financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial control processes.
IPO & Listed Company Experience
- Experience working with an IPO-listed company or hands-on involvement in the IPO process.
- Support IPO readiness, due diligence, financial disclosures, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, investment bankers, and regulatory authorities.
Treasury Management
- Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, and cash flow.
- Monitor working capital and optimize fund utilization.
- Drive financial risk management and investment planning.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee timely filing of returns and statutory payments.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, and regulatory audits.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic business decisions.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Digital Transformation & AI
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for reporting, analytics, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement best practices in finance operations.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 8–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts within the IT/ITES industry
- Financial Accounting & Finalization of Accounts
- Financial Reporting (IFRS / Ind AS)
- Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Tax Audit
- Experience working with or handling audits by Big 4 firms
- IPO process and/or Listed Company experience
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- GST, Income Tax, TDS & Statutory Compliance
- Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS Reporting
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adopt and leverage AI in finance processes
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA with experience in an IT/ITES organization.
- Currently working in or previously associated with an IPO-listed company, or actively involved in IPO implementation.
- Hands-on experience coordinating with Big 4 auditors.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to lead finance transformation initiatives.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
- Candidates based in Nashik or willing to relocate to Nashik.
