About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Head to lead the finance function for a leading real estate organization. The role will drive financial governance, compliance, budgeting, MIS, treasury, and strategic business partnering to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, and Compliance functions.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business partnering with leadership teams.
- Ensure statutory, audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Guide financial strategy, cash flow planning, and financial risk management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while driving ERP and process improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 10-15 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, compliance, budgeting, and MIS.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in real estate or infrastructure industry.
- Exposure to ERP improvement or finance transformation projects.
- Strong business partnering and strategic financial planning exposure.
Educational Qualification
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
