Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, and email. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and using web analytics tools to improve reach and engagement. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to maintain consistent branding, developing campaign strategies, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, requiring regular collaboration with local team members and participation in in-person meetings and activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to manage, measure, and optimize performance across channels.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and clear, effective messaging.
- Relevant experience with content creation, basic design tools, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
- A background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, along with experience in B2C or pet-related industries, is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze data, adapt strategies quickly, and work effectively in an on-site team environment in the Greater Kolkata Area is preferred.
