About The Role
Seeking a Head of AI to define and drive our technical AI vision. You will lead GenAI and Prompt Engineering teams, set standards for pipeline orchestration, and direct model deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define our organizational AI roadmap, framework standards, and tooling.
- Lead, mentor, and scale our AI engineering and prompt engineering teams in Hyderabad.
- Direct MLOps pipeline deployments, monitoring model latency, throughput, and costs.
- Consult with client executives and startup founders to define AI requirements.
- Manage AI compute budgets and token spending metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with 4+ years leading machine learning or data science teams.
- Strong technical background in deep learning, LLMs, transformer architectures, and RAG systems.
- Experience directing production-grade MLOps pipelines and scaling API workloads.
- Proven leadership credentials, with experience managing budgets and hiring talent.
- Excellent strategic planning, client-facing presentation, and English communication skills.
