Are you passionate about building the next generation of AI systems that solve complex enterprise challenges? Inventic is looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineering Lead to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Agentic AI platforms and products for global Banking and Financial Services clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions.
- Build sophisticated multi-agent AI systems using LLMs, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks, MCP/tools, memory, planning, reasoning, and workflow automation.
- Drive Harness Engineering and Loop Engineering practices to build reliable, self-improving, and production-ready AI agents.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient AI platforms that meet enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with product, business, and customer teams to translate complex business problems into AI-powered solutions.
- Mentor engineers, drive technical excellence, and establish engineering best practices across the team.
What We're Looking For
✅ 9+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in enterprise application development.
✅ Hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems, including:
- Multi-agent architectures
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI orchestration frameworks
- MCP/tools integration
- Memory, planning, reasoning, and workflow orchestration
- Harness Engineering
- Loop Engineering
✅ Strong software engineering expertise in:
- System design and scalable architectures
- Distributed systems and microservices
- APIs and cloud-native application development
- Production-grade AI application development
✅ Experience delivering technology solutions for Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech organizations.
✅ Proven experience leading engineering teams, making architectural decisions, and mentoring developers.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, AI observability, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with modern AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar
