Core Responsibilities
- Group Consolidation: Direct end-to-end accounting across all group entities, managing multi-entity financial consolidation, P&L mapping, and audit-ready Balance Sheets (Ind AS / IFRS).
- Tax & Statutory Compliance: Oversee Direct (Income Tax, Transfer Pricing) and Indirect Taxes (GST) and act as the primary liaison for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Tech & Automation: Drive digital workflows using SAP S/4HANA, integrate AI/RPA into accounting processes, and upgrade internal systems.
- Executive MIS: Design and deliver key financial dashboards, analytical reports, and strategic insights directly to the CFO and Board.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a large corporate accounting division, directly leading 8–10 Heads of Accounts across different business verticals.
Key Requirements
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: 20 years of multi-entity accounting experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (FICO), complex direct/indirect tax planning, and process automation.
