Head Chef — The Brewyard
The Brewyard is a specialty coffee café brand in Pune with outlets in Bibvewadi and a newer premium location on Law College Road, known for quality-driven, café-forward hospitality.
We’re hiring a Head Chef to own the kitchen end-to-end — developing and refining the menu, standardizing recipes and portion costing, leading and training kitchen staff, managing procurement and vendor relationships, overseeing inventory and wastage control, ensuring consistent food quality and plating standards across service, and enforcing hygiene and food-safety compliance (FSSAI/HACCP/GHP-GMP) across the kitchen.
The role also involves working closely with ownership on new menu development, launch planning, and cost/margin management. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or specialty F&B setup, with strong leadership, planning, and kitchen management skills.
