🎯 About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Head – Technical Training & Placements who can transform students into industry-ready professionals.
This is a leadership role where you'll own the complete student journey—from training quality to placements. You'll lead our technical faculty, mentor the Training & Placement (T&P) team, build strong corporate relationships, and ensure every student receives an outstanding learning experience.

💼 Key Responsibilities
👨🏫 Lead, mentor, and evaluate all technical trainers and faculty members.
📚 Ensure high-quality classroom delivery, practical learning, assignments, and project-based education.
📈 Design and monitor training roadmaps, curriculum execution, and learning outcomes.
🎯 Manage the Training & Placement (T&P) team to maximize student placements.
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, industry partners, and corporate clients.
🏢 Organize placement drives, campus hiring events, corporate visits, and recruitment activities.
🎤 Conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, aptitude sessions, and placement readiness programs.
😊 Improve student satisfaction, engagement, retention, and positive word-of-mouth.
📊 Monitor faculty performance, student feedback, attendance, assessments, and placement KPIs.
🚀 Drive continuous improvement in academic quality, placement success, and overall student experience.
🤝 Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, Student Success, and Academic teams to achieve organizational goals.
✅ We're Looking For Someone Who
🎓 Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MCA, or a related technical field.
💼 Has 5–10+ years of experience in Technical Training, Academic Leadership, Placements, or EdTech.
👨💼 Has successfully managed technical faculty and training teams.
🤝 Has strong corporate networking and industry relationship-building skills.
🎯 Understands hiring trends, placement strategies, and employer expectations.
🎤 Can conduct mock interviews, career guidance sessions, and student mentoring.
📊 Is comfortable managing academic operations, KPIs, reports, and team performance.
💡 Is proactive, data-driven, and passionate about building successful student careers.
⭐ Bonus Points
🚀 Experience working in an EdTech, Training Institute, Engineering College, or University.
💻 Understanding of emerging technologies like AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud, Full Stack Development, or Software Engineering.
