Role Description: The Hardware and PCB Design Intern will support the design, testing, and refinement of hardware solutions and printed circuit boards for EnergInAI’s IoT and monitoring devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware prototyping under the guidance of senior engineers. The intern will help conduct bench testing, debugging, and documentation of hardware designs, ensuring reliability and compatibility with embedded systems and sensors. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bhopal, with a mix of on-site work in the office and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Hardware Development and general Hardware design and integration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Design and Hardware Architecture for embedded and IoT applications.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Computer Hardware, including understanding of digital and analog components and interfaces.
- Basic knowledge of PCB design tools (e.g., KiCad, Eagle, Altium) and schematic capture software.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, RS485).
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets, application notes, and electrical schematics.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document test results and design changes clearly.
- Interest in energy systems, IoT, and sustainable technology; prior project experience in these areas is an advantage.
