We are now seeking an experienced and motivated eProcurement Manager to lead our purchasing and procurement systems functions and help drive the continued development of our procurement services.
About The Role
As eProcurement Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for the Purchasing and Systems Team within Procurement. You will also manage and develop a talented team, supporting their professional growth whilst ensuring high standards of service delivery. You will possess extensive knowledge of procurement strategy, ideally supported by a professional procurement qualification such as CIPS, or equivalent senior-level experience.
You Will Bring

- Strong knowledge of Public Procurement Legislation and Standing Financial Instructions.
- Experience planning and coordinating purchasing and systems work plans.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective project and people management skills.
- The ability to prioritise competing demands and work effectively under pressure.
- A collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality customer-focused services.
- Experience using PCS Tender systems.
If you are passionate about procurement excellence, systems innovation, and leading high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you.
