About the role
Responsibilities:
Breaks technical requirements into actionable tasks for iteration planning with the Scrum team.
Collaborates on coding, testing, and building software based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
Assists the Technical Product Manager in preparing requirements for upcoming iterations.
Ensures and maintains high code quality.
Continuously enhances development processes with guidance from the Scrum Master.
Works closely with teams to improve technical practices.
Actively participates in Scrum ceremonies.
Creates high-level design (HLD) documentation.
Supports deployment and feature release processes.
Contributes to the effort estimation and sizing process.
Engages in designing, coding, debugging, and testing.
Troubleshoots issues in both test and production environments.
Collaborates with other development teams to deliver new capabilities.
Innovates to enhance application stability and performance.
Understands business requirements and translates them into technical implementation.
Assists in developing technical software documentation.
Requirements:
Experience: 3 - 8 years.
Technical skills as defined by the program.
Proficiency in development and CI tools.
Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux or as per the program's tech stack requirements.
Expertise in TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC.
