We are looking for an experienced and confident Hair Transplant Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling patients, managing leads through CRM, booking appointments, following up with potential patients, and converting consultations into treatment packages.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience specifically in Hair Transplant or Dermatology counselling and should be comfortable handling sales and patient conversions.
Key Responsibilites:
- Counsel patients regarding hair transplant procedures, treatment options, and packages
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Manage and regularly update the CRM with lead, patient, and follow-up details
- Follow up with potential patients and convert enquiries into clinic appointments
- Work towards increasing clinic footfall and appointment bookings
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient visit
- Counsel patients after their consultation and explain suitable treatment packages
- Handle package discussions, negotiations, and treatment closures
- Maintain regular follow-ups with patients who are interested but have not yet confirmed treatment
- Achieve monthly targets for appointments, conversions, and revenue
- Track leads, follow-ups, appointments, conversions, and lost leads through the CRM
- Maintain good relationships with patients throughout the counselling and conversion process
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales and CRM management
- Mandatory experience in Hair Transplant or Dermatology counselling
- Strong knowledge and understanding of hair transplant procedures and basic dermatology treatments
- Proven experience in patient counselling and treatment/package conversion
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of lead management and follow-up processes
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Ability to manage a large number of leads and follow-ups systematically
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly sales and conversion targets
- Graduate in any discipline
