About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, campaign analytics, and lead generation, with a strong focus on achieving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI, conversions, and lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising dashboards.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
