Role Description The Guest Experience Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Muzaffarnagar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily guest interactions, ensuring that visitors receive courteous, timely, and high-quality service throughout their stay or visit. The Guest Experience Executive will monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns, and implement initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building positive, long-term guest relationships.
- Good Communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with guests and internal teams.
- Experience managing Guest Experience, including handling feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer-centric environments.
Salary: 20,000-25,000 CTC
