The Role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to build and run our outbound engine. This is a full-time role involving real US cold calling, minimal scripts, and high ownership from day one.
Your primary objective: book meetings with US-based clients through outbound. You'll work across cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels, and you'll be directly responsible for driving outcomes, working closely with the founders.
This role is built for someone who wants ownership, fast learning, and real responsibility at an early-stage startup. Strong performance here doesn't stay contained to the associate scope for long. Comp, responsibility, and growth expand quickly.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a real multi-channel outbound engine: cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and more
- Consistently book qualified meetings with US decision-makers
- Own outcomes, not just activity. You'll work directly with the founding team
- Iterate on messaging, targeting, and channels as you learn what converts
Who We're Looking For
- You've done actual outbound cold calling to US decision-makers
- You're looking to aggressively break into or scale up in growth and sales
- You want to join early and grow with the company, not just fill a role
- You thrive in high-ownership environments with minimal hand-holding
- You're comfortable working US hours, in-person from our Bangalore office
