Hiring: Growth & GTM Lead – SaaS Startup
Kochi | Full-time / Part-time
Reports to: CMO
We are looking for a hands-on, target-driven Marketing Manager with SaaS/Startup marketing experience to drive our GTM and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop & execute GTM plans
* Build Channel & Association Partnerships
* Manage Social Media & Digital Marketing Team
* Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns
* Manage PR & Media Relations
* Coordinate & drive BDM/Sales Team performance
* Prepare & manage marketing budgets
* Track KPIs, ROI and achieve growth targets
We’re Looking For
* SaaS / Tech / Startup marketing experience
* Strong execution & communication skills
* Ownership mindset & target achiever
* Ability to motivate and manage teams
* Self-driven, energetic and commercially focused
Languages: Malayalam, English & Hindi – Mandatory
