🚀 We’re Hiring | Growth & Go-To-Market Executive.
We’re building GMATE (Grocery Mate) — a B2C kitchen & grocery management app that helps households manage groceries, track consumption, reduce wastage and make smarter shopping decisions.
GMATE is already live with an existing user base, and we’re now looking for an energetic, hands-on growth professional to help us take the product to the next level.
This is not just a social media or content marketing role. You’ll be directly involved in acquiring, onboarding and understanding our users.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Drive customer acquisition through online + offline channels
🔹 Visit residential societies, communities and local events to onboard users
🔹 Conduct product demos and help users get started
🔹 Run social media, WhatsApp, referral and digital campaigns
🔹 Explore partnerships with societies, grocery stores, local businesses & influencers
🔹 Experiment with different growth channels and scale what works
🔹 Track downloads, registrations, activation, retention & user growth
🔹 Collect user feedback and work closely with the product team
💡 Who We’re Looking For
Someone who is energetic, entrepreneurial and comfortable getting on the ground.
You should enjoy talking to people, experimenting with new ideas and taking ownership of growth.
Experience in B2C startups, growth, marketing, sales, business development or customer acquisition is a strong plus.
Most importantly, you should be excited about helping grow GMATE from 100 → 1,000 → 10,000+ active users.
🌟 Why GMATE?
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of growth and Go-To-Market, work closely with the product team, and play a key role in scaling a consumer product with the potential to reach thousands—and eventually millions—of households.
