Job details:
You’ll be the person who makes sure the right people discover this practice — and that every one of them has an experience worth talking about. One half growth, one half client care, zero days that look the same. Reach us at careers@sabkimentoring.com.
Most people never get to build something from close to the ground up. They inherit someone else’s playbook and optimise the margins. This is the opposite. Sabkimentoring is a founder-led coaching and consulting practice that’s scaling its reach — more clients, more programs, more partnerships — and it needs one capable generalist to own the two things that decide whether that scaling works: getting people in the door (growth) and making them stay, succeed, and refer (customer success).
If you want a title that looks tidy on LinkedIn but changes nothing, this isn’t it. If you want to learn how a real practice is marketed and run — and be mentored directly while you do — read on.
Who you’d be working with
Sanjul Bhakri is an executive coach and digital-transformation consultant with close to two decades of building and scaling systems across India, the US, and Ireland. Harvard Ed.M., fractional CXO to multiple organisations, and the founder behind Sabkimentoring, Project Arjuna, and a growing body of programs and writing. You’d work alongside him and a team of highly self motivated individuals daily — which means the mentorship isn’t a perk bolted onto the role. It is the role.
What you’ll own
Growth (≈50%)
- Run the top of the funnel: social content calendars (LinkedIn, Instagram), email campaigns, and promotion for workshops, cohorts, and program launches.
- Manage inbound inquiries end-to-end — respond fast, qualify, book discovery calls, and never let a warm lead go cold.
- Build and maintain outreach sequences to prospective coaching clients, students, and partner organisations.
- Own the CRM and pipeline: clean data, clear stages, weekly numbers the founder can actually act on.
- Support launches of programs, courses, and books — from pre-launch lists to day-of execution.
Customer Success (≈50%)
- Own client onboarding so every new client’s first two weeks feel effortless and premium.
- Manage the client journey: scheduling, touchpoints, reminders, and proactive check-ins that catch problems before they surface.
- Drive retention, renewals, and thoughtful upsells; run the community / circle so members stay engaged.
- Systematically collect testimonials, feedback, and outcome stories — the raw material that feeds growth right back.
What success looks like
- By day 30: CRM is clean and current; inbound response time is under 2 hours in business hours; onboarding checklist is live.
- By day 90: a repeatable content + outreach cadence is running; no client has churned for a reason that was preventable; a library of testimonials and case snapshots exists where there wasn’t one.
- By the first year: measurable lift in qualified leads, trial-to-paid conversion, and client retention — with you able to point to the systems that moved each number.
You’ll thrive here if you
- Write clearly and persuasively — this role lives in words, from a DM to a launch email.
- Are relentlessly organised and follow through without being chased.
- Are comfortable owning numbers and reporting them honestly, good or bad.
- Move fast, learn faster, and don’t need a 50-page SOP before you start.
- Genuinely care about people — customer success is empathy with a spreadsheet.
- Have 1–3 years in growth, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success (or a track record that proves the capability regardless of years).
Bonus points for
- Hands-on experience with CRM, email, and social scheduling tools.
- A design eye (Canva-level is fine) and basic comfort with analytics.
- Exposure to education, coaching, consulting, or any high-trust, relationship-led service.
What you get
- Direct, daily mentorship from a coach and Harvard-trained operator.
- Real ownership and visible impact from week one — no layers between your work and the result.
- Flexibility of a remote-first setup and the breadth of a role that touches every part of the business.
How to apply
- Send your CV and a short note — few sentences, not three paragraphs — on one thing you’d fix or build in the first month at a practice like this one, to careers@sabkimentoring.com . We read every genuine application and reply.
