As an Outbound Growth Associate, you will work closely with Zangoh’s founders and leadership team to identify prospective customers, research their business needs, build targeted outreach campaigns, and create qualified opportunities across Indian and international B2B and B2G markets.
Role overviewThis is an early-career enterprise growth role for someone who wants to learn how an AI startup finds, engages, and converts large organisations and government stakeholders.
You will not simply receive a list and make repetitive calls. You will be expected to understand Zangoh’s solutions, research organisations and decision-makers, develop relevant outreach, run structured campaigns, manage follow-ups, and help the leadership team create qualified sales opportunities.
The role combines:
- Lead and account research
- B2B and B2G outbound prospecting
- Email campaign setup and execution
- LinkedIn and phone outreach
- CRM and pipeline management
- Campaign analysis and experimentation

- Maintain campaign calendars, follow-up schedules, suppression lists, and outreach records.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to test different value propositions, industries, subject lines, and calls to action.
- Ensure outreach is relevant and personalised rather than generic or spam-like.
B2B growth- Prospect enterprise customers across Zangoh’s priority industries and use cases.
- Understand the difference between a contact, a lead, a qualified meeting, and a genuine sales opportunity.
- Qualify early interest based on the organisation’s need, relevance, authority, urgency, and potential commercial value.
- Schedule qualified conversations for Zangoh’s founders or senior team members.
- Prepare concise account notes before every scheduled meeting.
- Track follow-ups and ensure promising conversations do not get lost.
B2G growth- Research ministries, government departments, PSUs, implementation agencies, technology partners, and public-sector programmes.

- Support professional meeting requests and institutional outreach.
- Maintain accurate trackers for government opportunities, stakeholders, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Follow formal, ethical, and documented communication practices while interacting with public-sector stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the tender and leadership teams when an opportunity progresses beyond initial outreach.
CRM and reporting- Maintain complete and accurate account, contact, activity, and opportunity records.
- Record the source of every contact and important context from each interaction.
- Update lead stages, next actions, meeting outcomes, and follow-up dates.
- Prepare weekly reports covering outreach activity, responses, meetings, opportunities, campaign learnings, and blockers.

- Demonstrate ownership, reliability, persistence, and sound judgment.
After the ramp-up period, a typical portfolio may carry a target of approximately 5–8 qualified meetings held per month, with separate consideration for longer B2G opportunity cycles. Final targets will be calibrated according to the assigned market, campaign maturity, and account quality.
