Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad with a focus on helping individuals grow their careers with Techplast Testing Machines. The role involves guiding prospective and current team members through career development opportunities within the company, including explaining growth paths, skills requirements, and training options. Daily responsibilities include engaging with candidates and employees, understanding their strengths and aspirations, and providing clear information about roles, responsibilities, and advancement possibilities. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with applicants, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive, supportive experience throughout their association with Techplast. Collaboration with management and HR to align individual career plans with business needs is an important part of the position.
