Job Title: Group Product Manager – Lending Business
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for lending products.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, risk, and operations teams to deliver innovative lending solutions.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and product performance to drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure products comply with regulatory and business requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of product management experience, with significant experience in lending, fintech, or NBFCs.
• Proven experience managing digital lending or loan products.
• Strong understanding of loan origination, credit underwriting, digital lending, and financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
